The Austin Children’s Choir is committed to providing Austin area children the opportunity to participate in and benefit from the joys of music. Children ages 6-18 in the Austin area are welcome to audition to join the choir at any time. Auditions are held throughout the year and are employed primarily to determine the child’s vocal ability and range.

The choir is organized into three singing groups based on age and musicianship level. Each week we conduct overlapping rehearsal sessions at Highland Park Baptist Church for each age group. (Note, the choir is not affiliated with Highland Park Baptist Church. The church is the gracious provider of rehearsal and concert space and is the choir’s current host.)

Annual tuition (August – June) is $550. Choir members facing economic hardships may apply for a full or partial scholarship. Tuition is pro-rated for children joining later in the season.
