Austin Children’s Choir
The Austin Children’s Choir is a nonprofit organization that develops fresh voices, fosters a life-long love of music, encourages children to follow their passions and motivates them to set high goals and work hard to achieve them. The result is a group of exceptional young people who come together to delight audiences with a musical repertoire drawing from various time periods and worldwide destinations.
1/31/15 – ACC Performs at the Austin Spurs game
Let the games begin! Here’s your chance to watch the ACC perform. We will be at the Austin Spurs game on January 31st at the Cedar Park Center. What a great way to spend a Saturday with your family and we have a special rate for our fans. Tickets are only $12 and are limited, so act fast! Go to the following link to reserve your seats:

2/7/15- ACC Performs at the George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center
As part of the GWCM’s “Spirit Journey Series”, ACC will present “Postcards: Stories of Our Past” a compilation of songs from the past 100 years to commemorate Black History Month. Songs include a revival of a freedom song from the 1800’s by the Georgia Sea Island Singers, jazz pieces, songs of the Civil Rights Movement, and South African pieces from the Anti-Apartheid Movement. There will also be poetic readings of texts by black authors from the past 100 years.
Event is free/Parking is free.
Event will be held in the theater of the museum at 12:00 p.m.
